Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
serves as the face of the company to patients visiting for routine health screenings or critical medical testing. In this role, you will draw and prepare high-quality blood samples for lab testing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and patient trust. The PSR I follows established practices and procedures, demonstrating leadership behaviors, process excellence, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specimen collection and processing accurately and on time under supervision. Provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients. Perform pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy with skill and care. Maintain required records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Deliver
error-free, detail-oriented work
in a fast-paced environment. Work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image of the company. Required Experience:
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience High school diploma or equivalent Nice-to-Have Experience:
1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred Customer service experience in retail or healthcare environment Keyboard/data entry experience Required Skills:
Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility for overtime, holidays, and weekend shifts Preferred Skills:
Medical assistant or paramedic training Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA) Additional Skills:
Strong organizational commitment Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and process excellence Benefits:
