Job Title:

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Position:

On-Call (Weekends)

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to clients in the areas of treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards within licensure scope.

Collaborate as a member of the interdisciplinary team to support clients in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.

Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.

Knowledge of DBT, WRAP and psychosocial rehabilitation principles preferred.

Salary

Pay Range: $38 USD - $45 USD per hour. Final salary offered will be based on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Crestwood’s Sonoma County Healing Center provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. Our program supports stabilization and promotes recovery with a transition plan to enable successful return to the community.
