Multi-disciplinary clinic offering outpatient and inpatient PT, OT, and Speech services to treat adult and pediatric orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and pelvic floor diagnoses. Position Summary The Speech Therapist assists patients in the restoration or development of swallowing, speech and communication functions through evaluation and treatment.
Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting for adults and/or pediatrics. Assess, diagnose, and treat swallowing, speech and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree
Licenses/Certifications: Respective state temporary license with the supervision of a Licensed Speech Pathologist for 18 months
Respective state temporary license while completing Clinical Fellowship Year or respective state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Other Skills/Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as Speech Pathologist
Valid state driver’s license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor Vehicles driving record abstract
Ability to administer and evaluate standardized speech/language tests, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans and monitor progress

Base pay range: $39.13/hr - $46.03/hr
Sign-on bonuses: $4,000 (1 year), $8,000 (2 year), $16,000 (3 year) with respective work commitments
Note: Internal Mission Partners are not eligible for bonuses
