Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Ellie Mental Health’s locally owned and operated clinic in St. Charles County, MO (St. Charles, Lake St. Louis, or Wentzville). Ellie provides centralized administrative and clinical support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more. Office Location: St. Charles, Lake St. Louis or Wentzville locations based on candidate preference. Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance access to mental health care in the community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Actively engage in consultations with colleagues to ensure high-quality care for all office clients. Required Qualifications and Skills
Clinical licensure is required (PhD or PsyD). Experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans and clinical notes with weekly caseload expectations (22–27 clients per week, depending on supervising other providers or solo practice). Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Ability to work in Missouri with a Missouri license, or be license-eligible and relocating to Missouri. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and experience with mental health documentation is preferred. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems or ability to learn quickly.
