Base Pay Range $85,000 – $111,525 per year
Responsibilities
Conceptualize initial civil design for land/site development, prepare grading plans, and perform earthwork and drainage/stormwater calculations.
Site development, site master planning, and site selection.
Underground utility routing and site space planning.
Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems.
Designing gravitational wastewater systems.
Perform final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
Provide erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans to support permit approval.
Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction.
Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications such as StormCAD and CivilStorm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 8 years of engineering experience, including extensive related project experience.
Strong working knowledge and experience in analyzing and designing all aspects of medium to large scale industrial developments.
Demonstrated experience with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams.
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Preferred
PE certification.
Bluebeam experience.
Experience using Navisworks.
