As a senior subject matter expert on RF/radar theory, you will lead critical technical development, define system performance requirements, and optimize system architecture to support seeker and missile seekers in challenging operational environments. Responsibilities
Lead technical development as RF/radar theory subject matter expert. Define system performance requirements and interface definitions for seeker and missile architecture. Analyze and optimize system-of-systems performance and system architecture for acquisition and tracking. Conduct trade studies, modeling, simulation, and analysis to predict component and system performance. Validate requirements for communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and electromagnetic systems. Perform critical tests to validate performance to requirements. Manage supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance. Provide lifecycle support from manufacturing to customer use. Coordinate development of work statement, budget, schedule, and conduct reviews. Generate proposal sections to support new business development. Qualifications – Required
Bachelor of Science in engineering or related science. 15+ years in avionics integration, RF systems, or electronics systems. Experience with suppliers and internal/external customers. Strong collaboration, coordination, and cross‑functional team experience. 5+ years of cross‑functional team leadership in plans, schedules, or solutions. Preferred Qualifications
Equipment manager for military or civil aerospace electronics/avionics systems. Experience with radar systems (RF or EO) or radar integration. Active Top Secret clearance. Experience with USG and DoD customers and regulators. Requirements elicitation, writing, management, and verification. Benefits & Compensation
