Scheduling and production rate tracking Estimating Budget preparation and project cost control Safety management Quality control Business development and client relations Field resource management The Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program supports in-field learning and development; engineers build experience across multiple competencies before pursuing a leadership path in project management, estimating, construction management, and more. About The Team The Project Engineer role is an in-office position supported by the PULLMAN Philadelphia team in Swedesboro, NJ. The role includes on-site work at projects across the greater Philadelphia area approximately 50% of the time. Projects span commercial and public sectors, with exposure to multiple projects during the internship experience. For more information, see the PULLMAN Philadelphia page. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field) Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher At least one relevant internship Excellent verbal and written communication Strong documentation and organizational skills Aptitude for solving problems Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites Benefits
