Equipment includes banking and cash automation devices, self-service kiosks, and other OEM devices. Candidates should possess integrity, excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, and teamwork ability. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and service cash automation equipment at customer locations Diagnose and resolve product performance issues Ensure customer satisfaction through communication and follow-up Maintain tools and parts inventory securely and accurately Minimum Requirements Interest in repairing electronics and electro-mechanical components Positive attitude and customer service passion Integrity and business ethics Independent and team skills Self-motivated, organized Good communication skills High School Diploma or GED (associate's degree a plus) At least 21 years old Valid US driver’s license Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds Experience with multi-vendor ATMs is a plus Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $33.00 depending on experience.
