Brick Restoration Inc. (BRI) is looking for a skilled and motivated Masonry Construction Supervisor to join our Field Operations team in Irving, TX. Lead and perform masonry restoration tasks including brick installation, veneer wall repair, columns, and brick fences Match new brickwork seamlessly with existing structures for clean, polished results Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and job-specific equipment Manage jobsite safety and crew performance in compliance with OSHA standards Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and project managers Read and interpret basic job specs or plans Maintain accurate daily logs, materials usage, and job progress Drive company vehicle to and from job sites Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on masonry experience (8+ preferred) Valid TX driver\'s license and clean driving record OSHA 10 Certification (preferred) Ability to lift and carry 60+ lbs and work at heights on ladders or scaffolds Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Scaffolding Certification a plus (training available if needed) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is helpful but not required High school diploma or GED preferred Benefits
