The Safety Engineer will work to identify factors that increase safety awareness in our facilities and collaborate with our internal team to implement solutions supporting an accident-free work environment. This role will lead initiatives to improve safety performance, awareness, culture, and accident reduction. Ensure multi-site implementation of safety policies and procedures related to employee health and safety, occupational safety and health regulatory compliance, and environmental regulations. Provide technical guidance on health and safety issues. Conduct routine safety audits. Investigate accidents focusing on root causes and corrective actions. Develop and implement safe procedures for new equipment and technologies such as robotics, lasers, radiation, and other hazardous processes. Disseminate safety initiatives through training, including compliance, technical, and new employee orientation. Lead safety improvement efforts and coordinate Safety Teams at each site. Benefits
