Hopkins | Lacy, the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Division of Branch, is seeking a collaborative and driven Senior Project Manager to join our well-established, growing company. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects to completion on time and within budget, providing an exceptional experience for clients, as well as our design and subcontractor partners. Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate all Electrical activities with the Superintendent and project team. Manage project financials and change orders related to Electrical scope. Maintain up-to-date contract documents. Prepare and update construction schedules in collaboration with the Superintendent and subcontractors. Track, forecast, and manage labor and materials to meet project budgets and schedules. Implement and coordinate the Electrical budget. Review and issue Electrical subcontracts with estimating team. Maintain Electrical submittal schedules and logs. Address project-specific issues promptly. Assist in quality control and safety procedures on-site. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Lead BIM coordination and manage Electrical trades and design teams. Oversee equipment start-up, commissioning, and owner training for Electrical systems. Handle change management and revise budgets accordingly. Oversee project administrative logs and close-out activities. Promote a safety-first culture. Manage multiple Electrical projects at various stages. Foster a team culture aligned with Hopkins | Lacy's mission and values. Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Extensive knowledge in construction estimating, methods, accounting, and document management. LEED certification is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7-10 years of industry experience, preferably in general contracting and Electrical trades. Management experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Project, Vista, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred. Additional Information
This is a full-time role, typically requiring 40+ hours per week, with on-call availability for emergencies. Some travel may be required. The position may supervise three or more employees.
