Provides quality patient care during vascular procedures and may assist in more complex procedures. Communicates procedures to patients and families, manages paperwork, and maintains supplies. Assists in training staff and students, and manages clinical care and vascular assessments. Performs vascular procedures, analyzes data, and prepares reports with minimal supervision. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of vascular anatomy and physiology. Evaluates appropriateness of orders, provides preliminary reports, and educates patients. Minimum qualifications: Graduate of an accredited ultrasound or vascular technology program Two years of ultrasound experience, with at least one in vascular technology Current ARDMS or CCI registry certification (RVT, RVS, or RT (VS)) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Additional details: Emory Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
