Position Highlights: Eligible for Sign-On/Relocation Bonus (subject to payback clause) Starting salary range: $124,400-$155,500/year, with potential growth to $186,600 based on performance Additional pay for full-time work and working 1-4 Saturdays/month Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays (optional) About Unity Care NW: Unity Care NW is a private, non-profit, federally qualified health center serving Whatcom County since 1982, providing comprehensive primary, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services to a diverse, often underserved population. Job Summary: Provide primary and preventive care to a diverse patient panel, engaging patients and families in a patient-centered care model that integrates behavioral health, case management, and onsite pharmacy and dental services.
