Responsibilities
Clinical and administrative leadership position with 75% clinical, 25% administrative duties Monday - Friday schedule with shared phone call coverage Comprehensive on-site diagnostic services including advanced cardiac testing Lead and mentor primary care providers in value-based care initiatives Management experience required with focus on provider development and performance
Qualifications
Board certification in geriatric medicine required
Facility and Support
