What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor health process and outcomes data analyses and reports for decision-making
Collaborate with health system stakeholders to design data models and reporting solutions for quality and operational efficiency
Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to create actionable insights for leadership
Provide technical support and documentation for data utilization among analysts, managers, and clinicians
Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from various sources
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of directly related work experience
Proficient in database and query design for modeling and reporting
Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support, with at least three years in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with Vizient and other healthcare benchmarking tools
Knowledge of healthcare informatics and medical terminology
