Job Summary Conduсts screening and assessment (e.g., administering questionnaires and diagnostic interviews) for children and adolescents and their parents who are seeking mental health services through the CCF Clinic and/or are participating in clinical trials. Conduct screening and assessment specifically related to traumatic experiences. Assists with study recruitment and enrollment. Prepares psychological reports when necessary and complete clinical notes and other documentation in a timely manner. Assists investigators with training and supervising research assistants. Provides informational presentations to school personnel, parents, and other community members. Assists in coordinating recruitment for clinical studies. Learns assessment instruments and protocols. Screens and conducts clinical and diagnostic interviews with English and non-English speaking patients and/or research participants. Conduсts evidence-based psychological treatments as documented in protocols and completes required treatment-related paperwork. Meets with other clinicians and supervisors to evaluate ongoing status of patients and/or clinical research participants. Administers and interprets clinical ratings from patients and/or participants. Travels to area schools and other research sites to facilitate recruitment, assessments, and treatment provision. Meets with study investigators, doctors, clinicians, and/or other study staff as needed to identify treatment options for participants. Prepares reports summarizing the results of psychological assessments and communicates results to parents. Participates in team meetings to facilitate patient care and research implementation. Presents promptly and accurately completed documentation for all clinical services rendered. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health provider discipline.
