The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing, directing, and supervising all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation, to ensure the best outcomes. The SLP ensures patient care complies with organizational guidelines, professional standards, and legal requirements. The SLP acts as a patient and rehabilitation advocate, ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination for consistent care and participating in quality assurance and customer service activities. Requirements:
Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines CPR Certification 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered Excellent compensation and benefits for full-time associates, along with perks and discounts for all.
