Nurse Manager, Hospice
– Currently seeking a Nurse Manager, Hospice for a well established and reputable Hospice Provider in
Lancaster County, PA . The organization is part of a larger, reputable and financially stable health network that has recently expanded into Lancaster County from the Philadelphia Region. They are currently experiencing a census boost and need to hire additional help; position open due to growth! Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with some flexibility. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Compensation and Benefits
Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications Excellent health, dental and vision plans with low out of pocket contribution for employee and their families Mileage reimbursement offered patient to patient for field visits if needed 25 Days of PTO year one of employment Additional benefits such as 401K, long term disability, life insurance, etc. Responsibilities
Oversee quality of clinical care for the hospice agency Ensure overall compliance with all local and federal regulations Oversee interviewing, hiring, firing and training of new clinical staff Assist in the creation and implementation of policies that improve quality of care and overall patient safety Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of geriatric clinical experience within a hospice setting is REQUIRED Some type of leadership experience overseeing other clinicians within the nursing field Contact
