Who you are As our first Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll own our most complex, high-value customer relationships—contractors and developers reshaping the built world. This role goes beyond account management; it’s about driving value, influencing product direction, and helping build the CS function for scale. You’ll work with the CEO and Head of Customer Success to lead strategic rollouts, maximize renewals and expansion, and implement processes that enable PermitFlow to deliver exceptional, repeatable outcomes across the enterprise customer base. What You’ll Do As an early Customer Success Manager, you’ll support a rapidly growing customer base and develop scalable processes. B2B Enterprise Ownership: own a high-value book of business across onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion. Strategic Partnership: build deep, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Success Strategy & Advocacy: design and execute CS strategies that drive product adoption and measurable value. AI-Driven Innovation: collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive impact. Proactive Risk and Retention Management: monitor CS metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure retention. Scale Customer Success : develop repeatable playbooks, reporting, and operational frameworks, especially in the context of LLM adoption and usage. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and customer-first, capable of aligning customer needs with PermitFlow priorities. Qualifications & Fit 7+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Operations, with a track record managing enterprise customers with high ACVs ($300K+) and complex requirements. AI-first approach: excited to work with top technical talent to automate an industry and improve workflows using AI.
