$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Essential Functions
Lead, manage, & oversee the day-to-day operations of the Family Services Department assuring Case Managers are delivering services Participate in IEPs and other team meetings, safety reviews, quarterly updates, and transition planning collaborating across departments to support holistic service delivery Communicate with LEAs, DCF, DCYF, and other relevant agencies serving as the departmental representative in cross-agency discussions Support the admissions process and facilitate transitions to Adult Services by attending intake, pre-admission, and post-admission meetings for students Serve as a licensed signatory for treatment documentation and maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and agency ethics Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Professional licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in case management or child welfare services Experience working with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Valid driver’s license Seniority level
