You don't wait. You coordinate, communicate, and conquer red tape. This isn't an admin role. It's a mission-critical link in our build process. We're looking for a Permit Coordinator who's fast, focused, and fearless when it comes to paperwork, deadlines, and inspectors. You'll be the one who clears the path before the boots hit the ground and makes sure nothing stalls once they do. What You'll Be Doing:
Submit permit applications for electrical, solar, storage, and commercial construction projects Track approval timelines, respond to city or utility requests, and keep teams updated Build strong relationships with city officials, AHJs, and utility contacts Review plans for completeness before submittal Coordinate revisions, resubmissions, and final sign-offs Maintain accurate records and a bulletproof permit log Be the go-to resource for all things permitting from precon to inspection What You Bring:
Experience with permitting in construction, utilities, or energy projects Familiarity with local jurisdictions and building/electrical codes Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven mindset Clear communication and strong follow-through Ability to read basic plans and understand project scope Bonus points for experience with solar, storage, or public works permits What We Offer:
