This is a full-time, on-site role for a Permit Coordinator located in the Miami Area. The Permit Coordinator will be responsible for managing permit applications, obtaining local, state and federal permits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, handling communication with clients and regulatory agencies, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves conducting work order and task management and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Qualifications
Permit Applications and Building Permits experience Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience with project permitting processes and documentation Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus
