Lead strategic program execution by managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely and budget-conscious outcomes Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional initiatives, focusing on talent development and employee engagement Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps Conduct analysis on program dependencies and tradeoffs to inform strategic decisions Create and present senior-level presentations to stakeholders, updating them on program progress and challenges Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level program management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Strong understanding of financial statements and business case development Experience leading large cross-functional projects with a solid grasp of program management principles Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred Previous experience with software transformation programs, particularly Guidewire Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint #Insurance #ProgramManagement #RemoteWork #Leadership #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
