Responsibilities
Build relationships with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service and create loyalty.
Manage your service route with strong time management to complete daily tasks.
Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs; provide consistent communication to keep customers informed.
Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience necessary
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb up to 32 feet
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
