What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and deploy EDGE processes, reporting solutions, and analytics
Create and oversee key control reporting processes and metrics to ensure data quality and mitigate risks
Monitor, communicate, and influence performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity
Collaborate with partners across Business, Operations, and IT to align priorities and achieve goals
Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and standards while improving process quality and efficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of healthcare industry and informatics experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Informatics, Public Health, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in a healthcare delivery environment, including operations, financial management, and risk management
Proven ability to develop strong internal enterprise relations within a large, matrixed organization
Strong proficiency with data mining tools including SQL, SAS, Oracle, and Teradata
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in business development and quality management within the healthcare sector
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to analyze data and key metrics for sound business decision-making
Familiarity with advanced data integration tools and platforms
