Act as a technical analyst for Proactive Claim Intervention projects and daily tasks related to the Pre/PostPay Edit editing program Develop and maintain edits using SAS, Microsoft SQL Server, and other internal platforms Conduct data mining activities to support the Pre/PostPay Correction Program Collaborate with business partners to define data needs and communicate analysis results effectively Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics 5+ years of coding experience, with proficiency in SAS and Microsoft SQL Server Strong data investigation and analysis skills to translate complex data into actionable insights Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with rule-based editing platforms Proven project management skills in a highly matrixed environment Ability to work independently and drive towards objectives
