We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented PeopleOps Generalist to join our team. Reporting to the VP, People & Talent, you will support employees and contribute to a positive workplace culture. You’ll own a range of administrative and operational responsibilities across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on onboarding/offboarding, system administration, reporting, benefits and payroll support, audits and compliance, and employee engagement programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment and values a human-centered approach to HR. Location : Atlanta, GA (minimum of 1x/week in office at Atlanta Tech Village in Buckhead) Reports to : VP, People & Talent Responsibilities

Own and optimize core HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in compliance with applicable laws and data privacy standards. Serve as the primary HRIS admin for core systems (e.g., ADP, Lattice) and leverage automation to generate reports and streamline processes. Ensure handbooks, policies, org charts, and internal processes are up-to-date and clearly communicated; manage internal knowledge base for employees and managers. Act as the internal liaison on benefits and payroll in partnership with the PEO and Finance team; communicate offerings, provide enrollment resources, prepare payroll inputs, and troubleshoot issues. Design, implement, and maintain people-centric programs and engagement opportunities to boost retention and growth. Be a trusted resource for employees and managers; address questions, provide guidance, listen, and help mitigate employee relations issues. Collect and act on employee feedback via surveys and check-ins; analyze people metrics to guide decisions and identify improvement areas. Support performance review cycles in partnership with managers to ensure timeliness, fairness, and growth focus. Support internal communications, company events, and employer branding related to culture and change initiatives. Assist Recruiting Manager with ATS maintenance, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination; willing to handle full-cycle recruiting during high-volume periods. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, and department managers to support operational practices and other initiatives. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and research workforce trends and best practices to drive ongoing improvements. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in People Operations/HR, preferably within software/technology. Hands-on experience across onboarding/offboarding, engagement programs, performance management, payroll and benefits processes, audits and compliance, and related duties. Familiarity with HR platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Lattice, Greenhouse preferred) and O365 tools. Ability to provide comprehensive support to employees and management across HR functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and follow-up. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with HR reporting and data-driven decision-making. Curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-driven workflows while maintaining ethical, human-centered practices. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Desire for continuous learning and operational improvements; comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment. Contract details

This is a contract position with a target start date of November 10, 2025 and a likely end date mid-March 2026. Location requires a minimum of 1 day per week in the Atlanta office. Benefits and compensation
