This role, reporting to the Director of Procurement, involves shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of procurement for software categories, supporting Gap Inc.'s NextGen Procurement Transformation. The Sr. Manager will lead and develop a team of 2-4 category managers, establish partnerships across Gap and with suppliers, and focus on sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, procurement technology, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for software categories to achieve savings targets and create a multi-year value pipeline. Lead negotiations of contractual documents such as Master Agreements and SOWs. Promote a competitive bid culture and ensure sourcing rigor. Develop deep category strategies and build high-performing teams. Leverage procurement technology and spend analytics for opportunity identification. Build strategic relationships across functions and with external suppliers. Influence and drive results in a complex environment. Qualifications: 5-7 years of procurement experience in a global company, with a focus on category management. Proven sourcing capability and experience in driving results through category strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills. Deep expertise in category management processes and industry best practices. Benefits include:
