The Field Logistics Coordinator at Applied Medical supports the Field Implementation Team (FIT) and Clinical Education Specialist (CES) teams by ensuring accurate product flow and operational readiness. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating product shipments, and maintaining equipment used in Clinical Education (CE) events and field operations.
Position Description
By delivering reliable logistical support, the Field Logistics Coordinator strengthens Applied Medical’s ability to provide high-quality medical education and product training, ultimately enhancing customer confidence and advancing healthcare innovation. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory levels for Clinical Education and Field Operations by tracking, auditing, and replenishing product and equipment. Coordinate product shipments, instruments, and supplies for Clinical Education events, FIT initiatives, and other field programs. Test, maintain, and care for reusable training equipment, including laparoscopic trainers and generators, to ensure functionality and safety. Process incoming product, recycle unused items, and manage the return of team member assets. Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and international partners to fulfill product and service needs. Create shipping labels, manifests, and documentation for domestic and international product shipments. Assist in onboarding and training new team members while updating and maintaining departmental procedures. Support operational efficiency by submitting material and purchase requests and performing administrative logistics tasks. Success in This Role Looks Like

Delivering reliable logistics coordination that ensures smooth execution of medical device training events. Strengthening collaboration across the Field Implementation Team, Clinical Education Specialists, and external partners. Ensuring equipment functionality and readiness for all field training programs. Contributing to operational excellence through process improvements and accurate documentation. Position Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred. One or more years of logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with proven attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Commitment to following Applied Medical’s Quality Systems, safety protocols, and company policies. Preferred
College degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Experience in healthcare logistics, clinical education support, or medical device operations. Familiarity with continuous improvement practices such as Lean or Six Sigma. Knowledge of international shipping processes and compliance requirements. Benefits
