The role involves maintaining audit compliance and resolution efforts within the Employer Account Management Division’s Audit Compliance & Resolution Unit 2 (ACRU 2). Responsibilities include ensuring membership and compensation compliance, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain fund integrity, and providing timely, accurate, and compliant service to pay members’ benefits. Limited travel may be required.
