We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Demand Response Program Manager. This role oversees all phases of client programs from inception to completion, focusing on the oversight of new demand response programs rolling out in the MidAtlantic region. As CLEAResult collaborates with utilities to deliver energy efficiency, energy transition, and decarbonization initiatives, a dedicated Program Manager will ensure utility partners and their customers receive high-quality service and innovative offerings that benefit the grid. - while remotely based, the position is available only to residents of CT, DE, MA, ME, MI, NH, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, or WV. Travel to VA for client meetings is required. Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent contracts and budgets with annual revenue of $2M-$3M Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction Understand client preferences and program deliverables Negotiate, execute, and manage contracts Direct line and second-line supervision of the program delivery team Provide matrix-style functional direction of support resources for program delivery Drive, manage, monitor, and report timely delivery of program results Ensure the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction Direct management and development of program staff Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) Develop program processes and recommend improvements Review technical documents (Project Scope, Manuals, and related documents) Assemble data for invoicing and project reporting Identify and escalate program issues to the appropriate level of management Qualifications

5-8 years of project management experience 2+ years of people management experience Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality Strong customer service focus Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demand response program execution experience required Utility program management experience is a plus Salesforce/CRM proficiency a plus Compensation

Target Compensation $95,000 - $105,000 plus bonus Compensation Range $90,900.00 - $136,300.00 Currency USD Type Salary Offered salary determinations are based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and experience, degrees and certifications.
