Joining us as a

Multi-Unit Team Leader , you’ll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. You’ll lead customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business and drive office growth. You will be the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office-related growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required. You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season and transition to full-time from January to April, including evenings and weekends as needed. This role is in-person (not remote). Responsibilities

Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets Develop local partnerships and manage office community involvement Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions Conduct timely performance reviews and address performance concerns Build an engaging team environment by training and coaching associates Lead work scheduling and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management Travel between offices as required Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment* Qualifications and Expertise

People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates Ability to execute growth plans and lead a growth-oriented culture Strong decision-making, judgment, and performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Computer proficiency in MS Office Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns)* Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $40.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply.
