Job Description for Cellular Field Testing

Position: Cellular Field Tester

Responsibilities

Expertise on 3GPP specs for 3G/4G/5G NR technologies

Experienced Field Testing – inclusive of issue investigation and representation

Perform testing and sending daily report to client

Log analysis & debugging UE issues

User Equipment Testing

Aware of logging tools like QxDM, QCAT, XCAP, Wireshark, STT, ELT etc.

Basic Understanding of RF Concepts as added advantage

Python or any scripting knowledge as added advantage

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing

Excellent understanding of 3GPP specs for 3G/4G/5G NR technologies

Hands on experience of Android and Apple products like smartphones and smart watches

Worked for carrier certification for USA operator (Verizon, AT&T & T-Mobile)

Log analysis & debugging UE issues

User Equipment Testing

Experience of 3-4 years into Mobile device testing
