Overview

IT Delivery Lead in Jacksonville, FL, is a strategic, technical, and servant leader tasked with guiding platform and product teams through complex IT initiatives. You will lead the development and delivery of cloud-native solutions that support the vehicle supply chain and broader business capabilities. Support senior Delivery Leads in managing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and backlog prioritization. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to delivery roadmaps. Leadership & Strategy

Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vehicle supply chain products and applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities with business needs. Guide product teams through Agile delivery, removing blockers and ensuring quality releases. Engage in continuous learning through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and agile delivery practices. Develop leadership capabilities to grow into senior delivery roles. Assist in tracking delivery metrics, preparing status reports, and identifying risks or blockers to ensure timely and quality delivery of technical capabilities. Vehicle Supply Chain Management

Own the delivery of digital capabilities supporting vehicle ordering, allocation, processing, and logistics. Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Contribute towards the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for vehicle order management and processing and eventually lead the stabilization of the same. Ensure accurate and timely data flow across vehicle supply chain systems, including integration with external partners and internal platforms. Align technology solutions with business goals across the vehicle supply chain lifecycle. Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical delivery teams. Platform & Product Delivery

Guide platform and product teams through definition, development, maintenance, and operation of systems. Lead the development and delivery of cloud-based applications using Azure technologies. Understand the Implementation CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and unit testing to ensure high-quality software. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure enterprise-grade solutions. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely data flow across vehicle supply chain systems, including integration with external partners and internal platforms. Support event-driven architecture and API-based integrations. Mentor junior resources and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with QA, developers, project managers, product managers, and business analysts to review and approve test plans, test cases, and automated scripts. Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in leading technical teams (preferably Microsoft stack) in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure). Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Order Management and Vehicle Processing). Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus. Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices. Experience with unit testing methodologies, code coverage, and integration tests. Proficiency in full-stack development (front-end & back-end). Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
