The Revenue Operations Manager is the force multiplier behind Apex’s Business Development and Sales organization, designing and running the systems, tools, and processes that enable data-driven decision-making and scalable growth. This role reports to the VP of Business Development & Sales. Responsibilities
Own Apex’s BD data infrastructure: CRM, dashboards, and forecasting models. Define and enforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline across the sales organization. Track and analyze bookings, pipeline health, and funnel metrics; drive a regular reporting cadence. Build and maintain pricing, costing, and margin tools to support deal strategy and execution. Collaborate with the VP of BD & Sales to design and roll out BD process standards, templates, and playbooks to drive consistency and scale. Qualifications
5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or FP&A. Analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup. Advanced Excel and CRM proficiency. U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data. Compensation
Base pay range:
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr . This range is provided by Apex - Spacecraft Manufacturing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What We Offer
