About The Job The Project Manager - Trades is an experienced position responsible for providing leadership, management, and planning for a wide range of Trade projects from start to finish. The role includes organizing and overseeing Trade operations, including planning, preparation, and execution at the site, ensuring projects are completed timely, within budget, and according to schedule. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures, possess strong organizational skills, and be highly motivated, open to innovation, and capable of working under pressure. Prior experience in construction trade operations is essential. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with customers and preconstruction teams to determine project specifications; manage submittals, RFIs, and provide value-engineered input. Work closely with the preconstruction team to understand QTO for projects. Manage buyout and delivery planning with the materials management team. Financial & Contract Management

Own and manage project budgets, including P&L, cash flow, and WIP. Manage contracts, SOV, equipment costs, and risk mitigation strategies. Handle AIA documentation, change orders, pay applications, and ensure timely invoicing. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives. Manage relationships with subcontractors and other stakeholders. Participate in meetings and address pricing requests from customers. Team Management

Supervise and coordinate with Assistant Project Managers, Field Production Engineers, and Trades Superintendents. Project Execution & Documentation

Define productivity targets and oversee schedule, costs, and efficiency. Ensure project documentation is current, stored properly, and accessible. Implement proactive QA/QC measures and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Oversee daily reporting, project closeout, warranties, and as-built documentation. Risk & Quality Management

Follow escalation protocols as needed. Other Duties

Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in construction project management. Military background with relevant experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Leadership skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships. Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills. Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam; ability to learn new systems. Ability to read plans, develop schedules, and perform TAKT planning. Why work for us?
