This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Dallas, TX. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and effectively communicating with potential clients. Strong Interpersonal skills to drive new customer / client growth Proven ability in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is beneficial Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Prior Business Development Experience Prior Staffing / Recruiting Business Development Experience a PLUS This position is a Contract - to - Perm opportunity that is PRIMARILY COMMISSION BASED.
