Job Summary The Project Supervisor reports to the Project Manager and ensures assigned jobs are scheduled and completed timely. Frequent interaction, verbally and in writing, within the branch is necessary. The Supervisor is responsible for branch/department warehouse upkeep, company vehicles, and job sites. This position reports directly to a Branch or Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Supports and/or assists in managing the production phase of a job(s) for the Project Manager.

Conducts job site visits and quality checks on work performed by crews.

Reviews and confirms job schedules with the Project Manager to identify staffing needs, equipment, logistics, and timelines.

May be responsible for ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and materials for the branch/department (as directed).

Coordinates crews, assigns, and oversees completion of work according to approved schedules.

Collaborates with Project Coordinators in dispatching crews during peak times.

Confirms job hours and documentation are accurately recorded on work orders and submitted accordingly.

Provides direction, support, and assistance to crews to help complete projects.

Provides timely work status updates and recommendations to Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Branch/Department Manager.

Performs mitigation work at job sites where necessary (depending on assigned department).

Responsible for housekeeping of the warehouse and vehicles (depending on branch/department).

Trains branch/department employees on production processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Promotes company core values, policies and procedures, ensures adherence and reports deficiencies accordingly.

Experience/Requirements

Proven experience in leading crews (8 or more) on restoration/mitigation projects.

Effective English communication, orally and in writing, with employees, customers, and other departments.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Proficient in supervising a group of approximately 20 employees.

Travel intra- or out-of-state for an undetermined amount of time (voluntary).

Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and job-required apps; Dropbox experience a plus.

Industry-related certifications desirable (NIDR and IICRC).

Safety Requirements

Regulatory: Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.

PPE: Gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear as required.

Physical Clearance: Complete pulmonary function test and respirator fit test as required.

Hazards: Awareness of risks including vibration, falls, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels.

Chemical Hazards: Proper handling, storage, and use of solvents, adhesives, paints, and cleaners.

Biological Hazards: Exposure to mold, bacteria, and pathogens in restoration environments.

Safety Training: Complete mandatory safety training, including hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling.

Reporting: Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents without fear of retaliation.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize with site-specific emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and contacts.

Physical Requirements

Lifting: Up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Physical activities: Walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing, squatting, lifting above shoulder, twisting.

Sitting/Standing: Prolonged sitting or standing; alternate as needed.

Repetitive Motions: Keyboard use, data entry, and other repetitive tasks.

Machinery operation: Ability to operate applicable machinery and tools.

Visual: Clear vision for close work and computer use.

Working Conditions

Office Environment: Indoor office setting with standard office equipment; meetings and collaboration.

Field Environment: Outdoor restoration sites; exposure to weather conditions.

Hazardous Environments: Exposure to hazardous materials requiring PPE and safety protocols.

Occasional after-hours and weekend work due to 24/7 operations.

Travel: May travel to job sites or trainings.
