offering across global markets. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the company’s transformation, with a focus on activating new business pipelines through Germany’s industrial heartland.
This senior-level role is focused on leveraging existing networks within German and select European headquarters to
introduce and embed a high-quality, scalable CL proposition
— with the long-term aim of driving growth for projects
outside Europe .
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives targeting large German-headquartered organisations across verticals markets. Use your existing relationships with senior decision-makers (Heads of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement) to open doors and introduce the company’s Contract Logistics solutions. Focus initially on building visibility and pipeline across Germany and parts of Western Europe. Long-term objective: ensure inclusion in global RFQs and create deal flow across regions such as APAC, the Middle East, and South America. Work closely with international and regional stakeholders to hand overqualified opportunities for execution.
Requirements 10–20+ years’ experience in Contract Logistics business development or solution-based sales. Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing complex buying processes at enterprise level. Strong, trusted network with supply chain/logistics leaders at German or European HQs. Hands-on, commercial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and independently. Native-level German required; additional language skills (especially English or Dutch) advantageous.
