Overview
Temporary Outreach Program Member (Finance) – County of Riverside Registrar of Voters is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic temporary Community Outreach Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in liaising with our community and helping to secure the resources needed to fulfill our mission. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in community outreach and engagement, as well as a strong background in video production and media content creation. We are recruiting for several positions including, but not limited to, bilingual candidates with strong reading, writing, proofing, and speaking abilities in English and Korean, Spanish, or Vietnamese. Responsibilities
Engage with the community to educate and inform about voting processes and civic participation. Assist with outreach campaigns and events, including planning and execution. Help create media content and video materials to support outreach efforts. Benefits / What you will gain

Required Degree Type: Bachelor's Required Major: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field. Additional Desired Candidate Qualifications

Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with community members, stakeholders, and team members. Technical Proficiency: Competence in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), data analysis tools, and social media platforms for outreach purposes. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop practical solutions. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, new information, and unexpected challenges.
