$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Senior Planner – DTC and Wholesale About the role : Nili Lotan is looking for a Senior Planner to join the Team. The Senior Planner will drive sales and inventory strategies across DTC and wholesale channels, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. They will own OTB management, replenishment, and in-season allocations, using data-driven insights to optimize performance. This role requires a highly analytical and proactive thinker who can balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration with Buying, Retail, and Supply teams is essential to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Own seasonal collection allocations for both the women’s and men’s divisions, collaborating with Buying, Visual, and Retail teams to ensure each store’s assortment meets business needs and represents the collection vision. Lead weekly replenishment and consolidations across DTC doors, analyzing business performance by location and strategically distributing stock based on rate of sale and inventory levels. Monitor sales and inventory performance against targets, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure business goals are consistently achieved or surpassed. Develop and manage OTB plans that maximize sales potential, optimize inventory efficiency, and align with buyers' assortment strategies. Drive inventory optimization through strategic in-season stock reallocations, new store opening targets, warehouse consolidations, and end-of-lifecycle management. Own the weekly Wholesale selling reports, identifying store and style trends to inform reorder opportunities. Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports on performance, providing key insights, challenges, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Forecast wholesale monthly sales for the replenishment business, placing strategic reorders to support ongoing demand and maintain optimal ATS levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Supply, and Client Insights teams to validate forecast assumptions and execute key business initiatives. Act as a proactive, agile partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, addressing ad-hoc requests and driving alignment across teams to achieve collective business objectives. Qualifications: At least 5 years experience in a planning function at a fashion brand, DTC experience is a must. Wholesale planning experience is a plus. Experience with luxury RTW highly preferred. Must have exceptional excel skills and be comfortable building out complex worksheets. What we offer: Salary : While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Nili Lotan reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $90,000-$100,000 annually.
