Front Desk Supervisor

to join our Front Office team. The Front Desk Supervisor leads a shift and directly supports the front desk team while ensuring guest satisfaction in line with Four Seasons policies. What You Will Do

Supervises shifts at the Front Desk. Directs staff on welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining accommodations, and establishing payment methods. Responds to guest requests with accurate assessments and personalized recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies. Check-in: greeting guests by name, assigning the requested room type and rate, coordinating luggage delivery, and issuing keys. Check-out: process billing, confirm guest satisfaction, collect keys, and settle the bill by credit card or cash. Collaborate with the guest experience team to deliver high-level service; support as manager on duty as needed. Resolve guest concerns with hospitality and professionalism; assist with inquiries about hotel services, hours, personnel, events, directions, etc. Respond to guest requests in person and by phone in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a balanced cash bank; perform currency exchange and reconcile transactions at shift end. Utilize hotel computer systems to check guests in/out, run daily reports, and block rooms for arriving guests. Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors; accept reservations, changes, and cancellations in the absence of Reservations staff. What You Bring

2-3 years of Front Office experience (e.g., Receptionist/Agent, Night Auditor, Rooms Controller), preferably in a luxury hotel. Sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, staff, and peers. Ability to operate computer equipment required for the role and to communicate clearly with colleagues and guests. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure; prioritization and adaptability to changing conditions. Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to read, count, and complete documentation and sales transactions. OPERA knowledge and proficiency required. What We Offer
