Overview
Route Service Manager at UniFirst. The Route Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team’s achievement in customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs
Negotiate customer contract renewals
Qualifications
Business-savvy with ability to grow profit and customer satisfaction within the UniFirst location
Results-driven, relationship manager who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help the team and customers
Experience leading a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
Understands auto insurance requirements for individuals who drive a personal vehicle for business
High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior customer service experience
Strong problem-solving and ability to handle varied customer service situations
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
21 years of age or older
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
