Lead planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish, working with the Project Manager and mentoring Assistant Superintendents. Manage one project at a time from the job site, ensuring effective use of resources and schedule adherence. Create and manage the Project Schedule to ensure timely completion of milestones. Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Scheduler to perform monthly schedule updates and distribute them to Development teams and Subcontractors/Vendors. Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authorities to maintain timely progress. Lead day-to-day site operations, overseeing RangeWater construction teammates and all Subcontractors/Vendors to maintain a well‑kept job site. Ensure the General Requirements budget is allocated and tracked with support from the Project Manager. Procure Subcontracts and Purchase Orders with the Project Manager, establishing complete scope for the project. Review design documents and submittals to ensure required details are provided and coordinated. Manage the three-phase quality control program for each feature of work: pre-installation meeting, first install verification, ongoing observations. Engage manufacturers and AHJ to incorporate their requirements into the process in time. Work with the Project Manager and Safety Manager to maintain a safe job site for RangeWater employees, subcontractors, and the public. Uphold RangeWater’s integrity standards and maintain a strong reputation at all times. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and mentor Project Superintendents and Project Coordinators. Develop and maintain key subcontractor and design consultant relationships; partner with Development Managers and Development Construction Managers to resolve project challenges. Plan work effectively and establish operating rhythm for the Project Team; meet attendance and physical demands as required. Follow established policies and procedures, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and report violations as appropriate. Practice safety techniques per company and departmental standards and report safety issues promptly. Note: RangeWater is an equal opportunity employer and celebrates diversity.
