Responsibilities
Assist the Program Director in hiring, training, and supervising staff, and communicate weekly performance to the Director.
Perform intakes, coordinate participant staffing, and manage the delivery of participant service hours to ensure maximum and appropriate levels of weekly services while maintaining compliance with all YAP and referring authority requirements.
Demonstrate a commitment to a strength‑based, culturally competent, and unconditional care philosophy.
Leverage knowledge of mental health practices, juvenile justice systems, and budgetary concepts (a plus).
Apply creativity and proactive planning to meet program objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree generally preferred.
Three to five years of related experience or training in youth services, juvenile justice, community programs, or program development.
At least one year of related experience or training in management or supervision.
Familiarity with community resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a plus.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage required.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
