Responsibilities

Serve as a Strategy & Operations professional to prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits from transactions. Understand the factors that drive successful mergers and acquisitions and apply knowledge of the organizations involved to drive operational value. Lead client engagement teams executing Strategy & Operations to support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value. Advise on all phases and aspects of methodology across integrations, divestitures, carve-outs and other types of transaction engagements. Oversee the identification of integration/divestiture risks and issues and recommend resolutions. Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks; manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field and 8 years of experience (5 years progressive post-baccalaureate). Alternatively, Master’s degree in related field and 7 years of work experience. 7 years of experience conducting assessments of technology, finance, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain infrastructure. 5 years of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including quantitative and qualitative analysis. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional workstreams for integration or separation of client operations, including contract separation or legal entity operationalization. 5 years of experience in the integration or separation of client operations in a consulting or professional services firm. 4 years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm in mergers and acquisitions (merger integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs). 5 years of experience synthesizing approaches in complex integration or divestiture conflicts. 5 years of experience developing client leadership-level materials for the integration or separation of client operations. 3 years of experience in project management, including coaching professional employees. 3 years of experience in project or engagement management, including managing engagements and budgets and supporting business development and pricing while managing live deals or engagements. 2 years of experience in supporting business development, including developing C-suite level proposal materials. Domestic and international travel up to 80% to serve client needs. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. What We Offer

The base salary for this job is $263,005 per year, with a Total Rewards package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
