Responsibilities

Partnership Operations: Support execution of Partnerships infrastructure, processes and frameworks (governance, RACIs, playbooks, etc.) in collaboration with Partnerships functions and other J&J stakeholders. Execute core business processes and standards within the partnership framework. Track and report key data metrics and KPIs. Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Draft and manage finalization of central communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Data Focus: Implement and support data sources to enable Partnerships value delivery. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improved partnership execution. Documentation, Issue Management & Compliance: Develop and maintain partnership standards, templates, and playbooks. Develop and maintain Partnerships-owned training. Track issues, ensure transparency into provider responsiveness; maintain an oversight evidence library with metrics, governance, escalations, CAPAs, and audit findings. Provide centralized support for quality-related activities, including data collection and reporting for performance, compliance, and inspection readiness; coordinate audit/inspection requests for Partnerships.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business or scientific field. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of related industry experience. Skills: Proficient in adapting to various tools/systems to drive strategy; experience with project management and/or change management; excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal J&J stakeholders and external suppliers; agile and able to adapt to evolving priorities; ability to work in a global matrix/remote environment; ability to travel domestically and/or internationally (~10%). Preferred: Data manipulation (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), continuous improvement capabilities, Clinical Operations experience, quality management experience in risk & issue management and inspection readiness.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range is $100,000 to $172,500. Eligible for annual performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k). Vacation up to 120 hours/year; sick time up to 40 hours/year (Washington state: up to 56 hours); holidays up to 13 days/year; Work, Personal and Family Time up to 40 hours/year.
