Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL
Status: Full-time
Travel: ~10%
Required Qualifications / Skills
Electrical Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited school or a degree in an applicable technical specialty.
9+ years experience in aircraft/aircraft systems/aircraft instrumentation testing.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Desired Qualifications / Skills
Ability to read and create electrical schematics.
Ability to create or modify Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) data streams.
Working knowledge of programming numerical systems such as Binary, Hexadecimal, Octal, etc.
Knowledge of interfacing with, and recording data from, military aviation platforms.
Responsibilities
Serve as a senior electrical engineer in airborne instrumentation systems integration for the U.S. Army Test & Evaluation Command, Redstone Test Center.
Plan, execute, monitor data quality, analyze, and report on developmental and operational tests of system integrations on various aviation weapon system platforms.
Contribute to and document flight operations and test developments.
