As our Commercial Project Manager, you’ll be the central driver of high-end commercial pool projects from start to finish. Leadership & Accountability : Provide direction and oversight to Project Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors. Customer Service & Communication : Serve as the primary client contact, conducting regular check-ins and updates. Plan Review & Coordination : Review plans thoroughly, ensuring alignment with client needs and budget. Build & Execute : Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities. Inspections & Quality Control : Conduct regular site inspections to uphold standards. Safety & Compliance : Monitor and track crew and subcontractor safety training. GC & Stakeholder Meetings : Attend GC meetings, represent the company professionally, and relay updates to stakeholders. What We’re Looking For
