Overview
Construction Project Manager at GeoStabilization International (GSI). GSI develops and installs innovative solutions that protect people and infrastructure from geohazards, specializing in emergency landslide repairs, rockfall mitigation, and grouting. We are a leading geohazard mitigation and bridge rehabilitation firm operating throughout the United States, Canada, and Australasia. Location: Commerce City, CO. Travel expected up to 40% of the time. Salary range: $66,000 - $84,000 per year, plus a 7.5% bonus target, and the opportunity to participate in our company ownership program. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Prepare and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with safety regulations and building codes Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors Review and approve design and construction documents to meet project specifications Communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Resolve issues or disputes during construction; ensure high-quality, compliant project delivery Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Construction Management or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of related field and project management experience; experience with GCS, Soil Nail, and HBSN projects preferred PMP Certification is preferred Experience with Geotechnical Casing Knowledge of CPM scheduling methods; working knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations; strong communication skills Experience with Union labor management and safety procedures; Lean process improvement experience Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for job setup and client challenges About the Role

You will work with construction engineering, frontline crews, and regional service delivery teams to execute projects safely, on time, and in accordance with contracts. Benefits
